Formula2ride is an Online Car rental booking tool , giving you a choice to Book a car for SELF DRIVE use or WITH A DRIVER.
Formula2ride operates in a free world environment and is accessible through our website (www.formula2ride.com) or download our Mobile app at Google Play store or IOS App store.
You are free to choose:
  1. Your journey- plan your travel
  2. Your drive- choose your car- hatchback/sedan/MUV/SUV/XUV/luxury
  3. Your rental plan – choose your time -hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
  4. Your payment mode- credit/debit card/internet banking.
  5. Your comfort- Site pick up/Home delivery
  1. You have to be minimum of 25 years of age
  2. You should have a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license. (In case of an International D/L, it must be accompanied with International Driving Permit which must contain a list of countries in which it is valid)
  3. In case of NRIs/international licensee's passport is mandatory
  4. You should have a valid address proof other than license– Passport/Aadhar card/Voter Id
  5. Duly signed (digital/in person) and accepted Formula2ride Membership agreement.
Cars are cleanedeveryday twice a day during the availability in the hub and after every booking under the supervision. The cars are serviced as per the schedule of the manufacturer.
There are no restrictions with Formula2ride. You can choose your destination anywhere within Permissible limits of Republic of India.
Our cars are also equipped with legal documentation such as All India Permit to facilitate your liberty to drive anywhere in India, subject to your paying the relevant toll, taxes etc and obtaining permits for any restricted areas.
You can choose to either drop the car at the Formula2ride designated locations or car will be picked up from the location where it was delivered. *Change in location may attract penalty.
Formula2ride has cars of both Manual and Automatic Transmission. You may choose to book as per your convenience subject to the same being available at the time of booking.
Yes, you can. Penalty/Tariff may apply accordingly.
Many of our users are allergic to pets therefore we do not allow them in our cars.
No, Smoking is injurious to health.
If the Hirer wants to authorize or include any additional driver to enable such person to drive the car, he shall furnish and upload Driving license and identity proofs, international driving licence permit alongwith list of countries (if applicable) in which such licence or permit is valid (if applicable) and duly inform the Company at the time of booking. Additional Charges may apply.
Our prime objective is your safety. You must drive the car within the speed limit specified by the local road authority/traffic police. In case if user violates the allowed speed limit, it will attract penalties. We request you to please refer to penalty clause.
Yes, you must carry the same documents in original which was uploaded and approved at the time of confirming the booking.

Car has to be return on the same place from where it was picked up. Additional fee will be applied for dropping the car at different location.
Check list will have all the items listed which shall be handed over to you at the time of delivery by our supervisor. All the items shall be checked physically at the time of taking over the car from your possession. Check list will also have the records of the damage/scratch etc during delivery and taking over of car. Any shortfall in the items or additional damage/scratch will attract penalty and shall be deducted from the security deposit.
All our vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance which also includes third party. The user is only liable to pay the repair cost upto INR 5000 only. In case of a consequential damage user is liable to pay the total amount of repair.
Car will be provided to you with full tank of fuel& it has to be return by you with same status.We do not have restriction on the kms.
State entry taxes/MCD need to be paid at their tax booths The details of the tax applicability and the location of booth is available on the website. You need to produce the documents of the car at the booth to pay the applicable taxes. Please don't forget to take the tax receipt and check details i.e. Car no, amount and period of stay in the state.
Understand the reason of stop by any competent authority. Show case your Car Registration document and your valid Driving license. If you are unable to satisfy them with their requirement. Contact us immediately and we will ensure issue is resolved subject to payment of taxes & non violation of traffic rules.
We have a justified reason to have a limited amount (INR 5000) of Security deposit to recover the vehicle damage cost, Penalty, Challans or any payment made or to be made against any violation of rule/agreement during your possession.

Indian Nationals-- Driving licence valid for light motor vehicle (LMV). Other Nationals-- International driving licence& International driving permit (IDP) which has India mentioned as authorised country.

Yes you can book the car for any duration (Hours/ Days/ weeks/ Months) in accordance to your need.
You can make the booking for available cars 3 hours prior from the desired time. Twice written.
Please visit our modification tab to make the desired changes, tariff may apply accordingly.
Cancellation can be done through website & app only, tariff may apply accordingly.

In case of late return standard charges along with penalty may apply. In case of early return no refund will be made against unused duration, please refer to policy.
Though we do not want this to happen however if it happens due to uncontrollable circumstances we will compensate the delay by extending the duration in accordance to loss of hours at the time of delivering the vehicle.

Refund amount will be credited in the source account within 7-10 working days of returning the car and after settling all the dues subject to clearance from respective bank/payment gateways.
No, we do not accept cash payment can only be made through credit/debit card or by net banking only.
No, payment towards extension & damages will be charge from security amount in case if the amount exceeds security limit, In such a scenario a link equivalent to recoverable amount will be sent on registered Email id to make the payment.
Payment will include basic tariff, GST, accessories (if opted) and refundable security amount.
It means Goods and Services Tax which consumers have to pay as per state regulations when they rent a car.
It is as per the state regulations and directly gets paid to the Government of India.
